Contact the Skylena booking desk in Cleveland
One desk, one telephone number, and a person who knows the operators personally.
For anything time sensitive, use the telephone: +1 (216) 274-3180. A run inside the next twelve hours should always be a call rather than a form, because the desk can check availability with an operator while you are still on the line.
Everything else can go through the message form below and gets read the same working day.

Hours, and what they mean
The desk answers Monday through Saturday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Eastern Time. Those are the real hours. Messages arriving outside them are read at the next opening. This site does not claim wider cover, because there is none.
If you have an existing booking and something changes overnight, the operator carrying your ride is the faster contact. Their details are in your confirmation.
What the desk can help with
- A quote for a transfer. Any run inside the service areas. Free, and with no
obligation attached.
- Checking available dates and times for a date you have in mind.
- Changing or cancelling a request you made on this site. The rules are on the
- An unusual job: an odd address, an oversized item, a group with a tight connection, a run that
needs two vehicles. These are worth a conversation before a form.
- Working with us as an operator. Licensed operators in the six counties we cover are welcome to
get in touch.
What the desk cannot help with
- Anything to do with your flight. We are not an airline, an agency or a ticket seller, and we
have no access to your reservation. Delays, rebooking, seats and baggage claims all belong with whoever issued the ticket.
- A ride happening right now. This is not a taxi service and there is no street hail. Runs are
arranged in advance.
- A booking made somewhere else. If you booked through another company, they hold your
reservation, not us.
- Medical transport or lift equipped vehicles. Those need specialist operators, and we will say
so rather than improvise.
The particulars
The company is Skylena Dispatch LLC, at 1300 East 9th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44114. It is a shared office building in the downtown core, and post reaches the desk there. The full company record, including the filing office and the tax ID, is on the about page.
What happens to what you send
A message arrives as an email and is used to answer you and, if you go on to book, to arrange the ride. It is not sold, rented or passed to anybody for marketing. When a request is placed with an operator, they receive only what they need to do the job: the pick up, the drop off, the time, the party size and a telephone number.
How long any of it is kept, and how to have your copy removed, is set out in the privacy policy. Requests about your own data go to [email protected].
